The capital Amman is moving with confidence towards becoming a smart, sustainable city, led by Amman Vision Investment and Development, the investment arm of the Greater Amman Municipality, which does not stop at planning but translates visions into real projects that serve people and advance the city.
A smart charging network for electric vehicles. As part of the Amman Smart City initiative, Amman Vision announced the launch of a project to establish an integrated network of electric vehicle charging stations at strategic locations, following the completion of the technical and financial evaluation of the bids submitted under investment opportunity No. (1/2025).
The first package (Ras Al-Ain, Middle East Circle, Amman-Zarqa Highway) was awarded to Clean Kinetics PTE LTD, an international company headquartered in Singapore specialising in renewable energy solutions, with an office in Jordan.

Abdoun: an integrated centre for vehicle services. Dallah Al-Baraka signed a partnership agreement with Amman Vision to modernise the Abdoun car park and transform it into a comprehensive vehicle services centre, including:
An integrated customer experience, reflecting both parties' commitment to innovating urban solutions that keep pace with developments.
An integrated sports project in Khalda. As part of its plan to provide distinguished sports infrastructure, Amman Vision concluded a development agreement with Apex Sports Activities to establish an integrated sports project in the Khalda area, covering 7,337 square metres, with an investment value of JOD 5.3 million.
The project is led by Ms. Tamara Muhayyar and Captain Zaid Abbas, and aims to create a healthy and attractive sporting environment.
New leisure and tourism investments. Amman Vision signed two new agreements aimed at boosting tourism and improving infrastructure: a tourism and leisure project in Ghamdan with Taj Mahal Company, on a plot of 4,600 square metres, to develop a modern destination that enhances leisure activity in the capital.
Rehabilitation of the Abdoun car park: in cooperation with the Dallah Al-Baraka Group, to modernise the Housing Bank car park in Abdoun and improve the user experience.
Total investment: JOD 3 million.
A strategic partnership with the Global Green Growth Institute (GGGI). In a step that advances the sustainable development agenda, Amman Vision signed a memorandum of understanding with the Global Green Growth Institute on 22 January 2025.
GGGI is an international organisation headquartered in Seoul that works with more than 40 countries to build a low-carbon and more sustainable future.
