Lease Contracts
Land leases for up to 30 years, allowing investors to structure and manage their ROI and asset portfolio.
PPP Contracts
Public-Private Partnership contracts for selected projects with an established financial model, available on BOT and BOOT structures for up to 30 years.
Freehold Contracts
Transfer of land through sale and development agreements, conditional on committed development within an agreed timeframe.
Equity Contribution
Amman Vision can engage in select projects through in-kind contribution of land in partnership schemes.
